Weather: Nice, cloudy

Comments:
The order of the day was 5x10 second hill "springs," (a typo in the schedule for "sprints"?) followed by 6x90 seconds at 3k effort with 3-minute recoveries. I took the somewhat hilly route of Glebe to Williamsburg to Sycamore to Lee to George Mason to Yorktown to 26th with a digression onto North Tuckahoe street because I didn't want to stop at a light during one of the pickups. Still probably feeling fatigued from the long run, I didn't feel particularly bouncy, so I doubt the intervals looked convincing, but I can't say I'm displeased with the run.
