Comments:
I had a beautiful night of sleep, but still awoke not eager to run. The first 22:30 of my out and back on Chesterbrook felt sluggish, but slowly, after I turned around I begun to find a rhythm, making for an okay run. With all the mileage this week, I am going to recover better by using the massage stick and icing my legs.
