Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Rough getting out of bed this AM. Didn't sleep all that great.

Easy run the first mile with CA, then ran on my own. Had to deuce BAD and messed around trying to find open + stocked portas, then opened things up.

Focus:

- PELVIS LEFT (+ R foot in) for symmetry
- Quick feet turnover
- high knees hips recovery

Felt pretty good, but the HR crept up to 13x. Really trying to work cadence, even with fatigue.

Felt TIRED, that's for damn sure!

Last 5-6 miles were all 7:30-8 pace and between 127 and 131 HR (so not too 'cheating"). Not bad for rolling, soft trails.
