Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Easy run with CA, the new routine: run together to PRE, like 10:x pace, then I run solo. Did that today, but worked on opening things up a bit: pushing the HR to 130-flat, as well as pace. But major form focus on turnover and high recovery - hips.
Pushed a bit too hard, but not too bad: last 5 miles were 7:20-8 and 125-135 HR average per mile.
NEW SHOES: opened up the RED N1 roads.
