Comments:
We ended up forfeiting our playoff game today. I guess people are just done. Also we really wanted to end on a high note, rather than get clobbered by Justice League again. We only had 8 people and 2 girls. I guess I was feeling kinda selfish since I didnt really want to play, I was more looking forward to running. My running has been interrupted a lot by softball this summer and I am just ready to transition back into it. Hungry and tired when I got back but just raced out the door. Felt good actually going through town. Only part I got real tired on was the uphill on College St coming back. It wasnt too hot, but it was humid. Completely drenched in sweat when I got back.

Essentials: Stretch, L7

Solid stretch and back to L7 when I got back. Downed some G-rade first then got full and sat outside for a while. Felt great to get that run in. I just had such a strong urge at the end of today to get this one in. Knees and IT feel a little tight, but overall good.
