Comments:
An underrated song on the whole. Sahil and I did this at the more heavily chlorinated and indoor Yorktown.
300m freestyle warmup
4x100m hard freestyle, 1:10 recovery
200m breaststroke, decent effort
4x100m again, same recovery
200m breaststroke
2x100m, needed to go home for dinner
I felt pretty satisfied after this, although not exhausted. My freestyle form is definitely improving, especially since I found some abandoned goggles on the pool deck, enabling me to time my flip turns much better, making for faster swim the whole time.
