Good day, been prepping my data to show at group meeting and I got to show it. Not sure everyone knew what I was talking about, but it seemed well received. Exciting to have a solid story to tell. Naturally, that story leads to another spin off, which is also exciting but a lot more work. Anyways I was exhausted from the week when I got home. It was hot out too so I ate then digested. I waited until pretty late to run, and still even then I didnt feel that great. Stomach still digesting so I just ran around campus to shake the legs out and get something in. Tonight was a Blue Moon, which was really awesome (I hope everyone got out to peep the cheese). For those that dont know, the Blue Moon has nothing to do with the color. Its simply when we second full moon in a month. Full moons occur roughly on a 29.5 day cycle, so it is possible to get 2 in one month. This month we had one on July 2, and tonight. It was really close to the horizon and I got a good view at the lookout up on the quad. Cut back down the hill then headed home. Stomach still felt full and I was burping up the whole time. Glad when I got back.

Essentials: Stretch

Just a quick stretch. Legs feel tight and sore, probably from the short run. They just got warmed up. Mileage has been hurting and I am looking for a longer run. Frustrated with my schedule though. Seems like I can try to run without eating, get a cramp, or eat, run late, and still get a cramp. Just critical timing it seems. With that... It should be noted that Degrassi is ending tonight and that is so sad. Thanks to Netflix for picking it back up though.
