Pratt Tempo Mile

Comments:
As the day went on, just did not have the energy to go running. After feeling so sluggish yesterday I was kinda dreading how poor I would feel. The reality was I felt even worse lounging around debating whether or not to go, so on an impulse I just went. Ran up to the track, did a mile at tempo pace and ran back. Just what the doctor ordered. Felt so much better I think I just needed a little kick, little speed. It was pretty sunny and hot out and I could feel it at the end. Took it nice and easy back, but still felt decent.

Essentials: Stretch

Quick stretch inside. Legs are tired but not that sore. Just a short little shake out. Cant wait until the gym opens back up for the semester I really want to get back in there and start adding in strength and lifting.
