Comments:
I did a 2 mile warm up and 2 mile cool down and did 4x(2min hard 1 min easy, 1 min hard 30sec easy, 30sec hard 30 easy) because the website wont let me view the workout forum so I pushed that workout off each day to see if it would let me view the workout but it hasnt come up so I did speed work on my own because I didnt know what else to do
