Cardio Room: Cross Country Morning, cardio room, jogged to Veale, 10 buddies and abs with the other cross-trainers, started out fairly cool but was sweating heavily by the end, lvl 6 and avg rpm 102, didn't feel my foot biking, stretch, strength tutorial after breakfast
