Comments:
My second attempt at a steady state found me in decent form. I warmed up for 10, did the middle 50 at that comfortably hard pace, then cooled down for another ten. The first 25 minutes felt better than the second, during which the sun beat down on me. I noticed that on a run like this my legs started to break down before my breathing, such that during the last 15 minutes, I could not have been moving that much faster than yesterday. Still somewhat successful. 1:30 planks, 4x25 push-ups, 1-minute, six inches, flutters, scissors and crunches.
