Comments:
Short run when I got home. Needed to get out there on da streetz. I biked home pretty hard so my legs felt like jello when I started. It was rough. Headed up through town and started to feel a little bit more solid. Coming back down the hill was nice and easy. Just took the pace at a cruise today. Came back up the hill at Amherst College. That was tough but I am glad I did it and it was at the end of the run. It was really really humid. Not that hot since it was kinda raining but I was soaked afterwards even though I wasnt out there that long.

Essentials: Stretch

Stretch inside, did what I could without making a mess. Legs still feeling just tired. Mileage so low lately. I need to recharge everything. Good thing I dont need to be in shape for camp this year. Also cant wait for Cali yo.
