Slept IN, for a good ten hours, then worked. At lunch, jogged real easy over to Oakway to lift over lunch. Pretty light, nothing too hardcore. Wasn't horribly tired, but I know I'm fatigued...

PM: got a good massage from KRW, which was timely.
