Fort River + Lincoln

Comments:
Came home early since I couldnt start much in lab and I wanted to get ready for travel. It wasnt that hot when I headed out after chillin for a little bit. Felt better starting out then held a pretty strong pace throughout. Ran over to the school, looped around then ran back up Main St and came back on Lincoln past Pratt just to add on a little bit. Took it easy coming down the hill home. Knees and hips felt a little tight today but they felt ok when moving, just tight starting up and slowing down which I had to do a lot waiting to cross the streets.

Essentials: Stretch, roll

Took my time with the stretching and rolling. Good session outside I got to just sit out there and relax. Feel like I could use a physical and mental break from this fairly busy but productive summer. Just to recharge a bit and get ready for the next semester where we back at it!
