Comments:
Super hot this afternoon, but i felt awesome!
The run to Paragrin took 15:10
then stretching and drills. I think the stretching really helped me on the way back, it felt a lot easier!
I had to stop at Artic Circle to go to the bathroom, we also got a drink while we were there. the run back took 13:46.
After the run Carrie, Chelsie and i did abbs.
Bring on the hills!
