Exercise Type: Run

Weather: Cloudy, moist, pleasant

Comments:
Today's objective was 75 minutes of running with the middle 55 at a steady state pace. Preferring to have a longer warmup, I went from my house to the CCT which took 17 minutes, then began the steady state. Trying to hold back, I continually reminded myself that I would have to maintain a decent pace for 55 minutes and concentrated on form and rhythm. Once at the Bethesda Ave intersection, I hopped onto Wisconsin and took that to 42nd past the old Alma Mater to Van Ness to 44th to Albemarle to Wisconsin again, then another lap around the block. I stretched and had Andrew pick me up, judging that it might be unwise to run back to VA. Doing all this running, I have a sneaking suspicion I may be in better shape than I thought--but at the same time, I never feel like I'm moving particularly fast on runs and have had very few days where I feel amazing.
