PRE into SPFD

Weather: 70? humid??

Comments:
Slept in a bit, then got up and had some tea, cleaned up, and did strength:

- glutes (all 4's bent leg, single leg step downs, plank short-long)
- abs (reverse short curls, reverse short-long curls, chop abs, plank short-long)
- arms (pull-ups x3 sets, horiz row x2)
- chest (yoga pushups x3 sets)

Then, I got out to run. By then it was already pretty warm...and oddly humid.

Felt...OK, again. I'm trying not to be anxious about it. And maybe it was the humidity? But the HR was high again. AVERAGED 130 on this run (but pretty close to 8 pace at the end...but while going like 135). Hmmm...

Rest of the day: breakfast, coffee shop to work (pretty good UR column going), then finally home. "Barbecue" get-together at Dr Paul's ... a defacto send off for Blaine, MrR's wife. They're moving back...again...
