Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Classic loop around the reservoir. Ran there last year and it's the bests place to run in the area especially for a short little shake out. It was hot out in the sun. I tried to keep a good pace though since it was a relatively short and measured loop. Did a good job with that. Felt good once I got going but I was pretty tight since I hadn't run in a while and I have been sitting and traveling a lot. Felt refreshed afterwards especially after a long day up at Muir Woods.
Essentials: Stretch
Stretch on the straight away when I finished catching up to pa and then looping back. Needed that after the tough pavement. Felt great though to get in a run after several days off.
