My 12:30 with Megan (from CLR) went annoyingly long, so I only had time for 20 minutes in the pool, which was plenty, anyway.

Only did:
- noodle quick strides
- noodle "flick & pull"

PM: had a good chat with coaching client Ted, who's prepping for 100M in Florida in Novemeber. Apparently you need to have completed x3 100s in order to run Badwater, which is what he wants to do (after WS, of course). So we're focusing on that prep. Good chat, and good to square that away.

CA is out of town, so I went to Level Up to have a beer, play some video games and blow off some steam! In bed reading by 9PM! :-)
