Comments:
Well... I guess the day started on the flight back. Didnt sleep at all. Seat was so uncomfortable and the pressure on my sinus was very strong, felt like someone was just pressing my head the entire time. I decided in philly to man up and just accept the morning and readjust to east coast time. Was tired back home to Hartford but stayed awake. Once I got home just lounged, relaxed and took a few short naps to rest up. Tried to eat at the right times but that was off. Stayed up watching the storms and playing cards so that helped readjust. The naps were critical as well. Feeling exhausted though and may take a few day to get back into the swing of things, especially for running and training.
