Weather: mid-80s, dry, hot
Comments:
Ran over lunch. Felt CLUNKY but relatively quick. All summer, despite how I've felt, I've ALWAYS focused on form. I've realized that form not only makes you FASTER but more importantly, it makes you more efficient with the shock absorption. So especially when I'm tired (as I was today), I really focus on that.
Definitely tired. Was gonna do circuits afterwards but I was just SPENT. Laid in my treatment room for 10min then showered. Feel better now, but I'm gonna crash tonight.
Uncertain about track session tomorrow...
