Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Dinner, digest, then do I run? I was still ansy around 9pm, and just knew running would be a good idea. I felt like getting out there. It was still hot out, one of the reasons I pushed off the run till later. Humidity high too it felt like the middle of the day wtf... Quick jog up towards the track, added on to do the mile warm up, then I got on the track in the darkness and did rolling striders on the straightaways for 1 mile. It was really refreshing. I was out there, all alone, getting some movement in my legs. Felt good. I think some people showed up at the end because I could hear some voices, and I got spooked. Cooled down the same way. Little mileage here and there, but mostly helped me relax at the end of the day and help me get back into the groove. Stomach wasnt actually quite digested. Some of the Trader Joes Indian was still sticking around...
Essentials: Stretch
Real glossy when I got back and didnt want to make too much of a mess so just a quick stretch. Legs felt better today than they did the past few days. They are getting back into it. Upper body feels weak and sluggish though. Also, now I am thinking about how I am sad I cant creep on Running Logs at the moment. This server is always bonkers man. And speaking of servers, no one plays Halo 3 on XBox Live anymore. Dats wack.
