Weather: ~70 degrees, Warm

Comments:
Time trial at the tow path. It went how it did. I wanted to make sure I ran it smart, which I tried to do. Right out of the gate, everybody was pushing it, but that's not how I do things. Kept it relaxed, for 5:50 first mile. Dropped to around 6:10 for the second, but after that, it was even 6s all the way home. Came back into contact with people at the turnaround, and kept catching folks as I went. In retrospect, I don't think I'd have done it differently. Maybe start pushing a little harder a little earlier, since I had energy for a kick. But that's done now. Unless I really suck at math, that wasn't in the top 25 for time, but we'll see what coach wants to do. Let's just say I'm not holding my breath for the decision.
