Comments:
In a surprise inversion of the usual order, the second run of the day went much better. The difference was that I ENJOYED it and wanted to spend more time out, even though my legs were defeated for real. Moreover, I finally found one of these parks all the guide books keep talking about and have scoped it out as a potential spot for my next workout.
