This weekend I was down in NJ for ATA, American Telugu Association (Indian Cultural Program) so therefore all day I was stuck at in an auditorium watching people perform cultural stuff. I didnt get a chance to get my run in until later on at night so I just put some shoes on and short shorts on and ran around Newark, it was actually really nice because I ran downtown Jersey City and all that. The pace was around sub 7, again taking it easy since I'm still in the second week. My goal is to hit 35 to 40 miles this week. I'll be bumping it up a notch next week from 45 to 50. I felt good, legs felt great, just had a little bit too much food nonetheless it provided great energy to burn. Below is a great quote.
