we had our second workout at farm park. it was a hill workout. we did 12x rollercoaster hill. going up. then we did 4x rollercoaster hill. going down. i felt good. i didn't know i had this much speed. all the summer training is showing. :) recovery run tomorrow and pictures. busy day.
