Finally on the hill

Weather: Nice but smelly at times

I was pretty happy to be on black cat hill at least once this week with the team. Wow what a great workout.

I loved it all with the huge exception of the down hills which have made my right knee ache (I feel your pain Rorie!).

I ran 6 hills with Taylor and really had to work hard to keep up with him. A challenging workout.
