I'm just trying to be extra careful about the shin in light of some email correspondence with Belber who said I should ice it as much as possible. The way this has been developing is quite troublesome--no pain on the longest run of my life and then two days of no running with occasional aching. Freaky. The bike ride was informative and entertaining.
