Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I was planning on doing a tempo run but even after I warmed up I was still dead. I was about to stop after my 2 mile warm up but I felt the Lord just encouraging me to push through 2 more. I did and I was so tired but it felt super good to push though! 9 min. of abs and 3x20 push ups.
