Hangover runs usually are tough but make you feel a whole lot better. I actually felt decent this morning and just chilled around until the afternoon. Sore starting out on the run. Felt low energy levels overall on the run, just takin it easy and getting my legs moving. Speaking of moving, lots of people are moving into houses around town, so it was cool to see what stuff they had and what shit they were throwing out on the side of the road. Glad I had the hill in the beginning since I just coasted back down through town along Prospect and then home. Feelin really hungry on the way back.

Essentials: Stretch, L7

Pretty soaked and sweaty when I got back, feeling a little dehydrated of sorts. Good stretch outside though felt like my legs got back into it and felt loosened up afterwards. I did sign up for the half, so its serious training time now. Mostly I need to focus on getting in a good long run and increasing that distance in the next few weeks. The rest is all natural and rolls. I think I only have 6 more weeks... Pretty epic training plan I would say.
