October on MLK

Comments:
Weather made it feel like an October day down on MLK. I went without a shirt and found myself a bit chilly.

Second week of incorporating a tempo. Plan was 4 miles @ 5:50 - 5:55 pace. Ended up hovering right around 5:50 pace, legs felt pretty taxed towards the end though, and I was putting forth some more than tempo effort. Although, felt ok until the last mile, so this was pretty good. Also, my HR was in 160s when I finished.

Saw Tim Travitz before I started the tempo, and enjoyed talking with him.

Stretch, push-ups.
