Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Standard AM run. Felt really good initially, but felt the fatigue in the second half. It's important on these day to remember I worked out AND lifted the day before, thus I have some permission to feel heavy.
What's great about this PRE run is - even though it's flat - it's got these little rollers: 5-10' grunts (some even 30' or 100m long). Each of them I'll "push" just a little bit. It's the equivalent of doing 3-5 pull-ups every time you see a bar. I consider it "nickel and dime strength work" that should pay off nicely at MRT.
Air was WAY better today. Apparently some weird weather is blowing in...
FYI: lateral feet and achilles have been more sore...including the left one...
