Comments:
I did 6:04 5:45 5:27 and decided to stop because I was totally worn out from the 8 hour drive and junk food. I jogged 2 more miles and then did a hard mile in 4:58, whats crazy is the splits were 2:38 then 2:20... I think I'm in pretty good shape.
