Nice night for a run. Got home late and scarfed down dinner. Made me feel kinda bloated, so I had to sit around for a while to digest. Josh and I got back on that COD, and I felt pretty good when I headed out at 930ish. Short run to shake the legs out. Pace is always slow at night since you feel like you are going fast, but your arent really. Still legs feelin nice, stomach a little knotted up. Moon was super tonight, nice and orange. Still reminded me of that scene from Dumb and Dumber...

Essentials: Stretch, L7

Nice little run to shake out after the long run, not too sore or tired when I got back, just needed to stretch and roll a little. I like doing night runs on Monday so I can stay later at lab, then fit runs in during the day later in the week.
