Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
The workout was hard today but I liked it because I think I improved at running up hills. The first time running up I mostly tried to find the right pace. I think I found it because all eight times I got up the hill in about 1:30. Cresting the hill and running down to the blue flag on the last interval was definitely my favorite part of the workout because I had all the momentum from going uphill and I was so happy we were almost done.
