Tuesday and Friday work as nice off days for this training plan (and maybe crosstrain one of those days). I felt fat and chunky at the end of the day which sucks. Looking more and more forward to the gym opening back up. But it was another fast paced day at the lab. Its good though, I got a lot on my plate and its fun stuff. Gotta love your craft. Legs feeling pretty good overall, itching to run actually.
