Comments:
Bike home early and right out on the roads. I like that bike back since it warms up my legs. Lots of people moving into the dorms, looks like shit is getting real for the semester. Felt pretty good today, it was hot out, probably hottest time of the day. Shade on the trail helped. Held a good pace today, just felt like running. Kinda ansy after resting yesterday. Think I got the turn around all mapped out now too which is awesome. Near the end, I did slow down a little. My arms and shoulders were the first thing to get tired actually. Luckily I got to coast down the hill home.
Essentials: Stretch
Stretch and drench in my sweat in the yard when I got back. Feeling a little tight. Want to roll later, but I was too sweaty to roll right when I got back. Pretty tired when I got back though. I got to do that like 3 times for a half... Gotta put the team on my back and git this.
