PM Sheldon Track session!

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: 60s-70s, getting warmer

Comments:
SUPER EASY day at work: I had a couple cancellations so I didn't have a pt until 0930, and then I only had 3, total, because I met one guy at Gold's Gym. And then the last half hour Jeff and I went over SIJ treatments, which was super-key.

I agreed to hit up the track with him at noon, against better judgment, but it went pretty well. 2mi warmup, then sets of 300m repeats with 100m jog rest, pretty easy: 56-60s (5:10ish pace).

About a mile and a half cooldown. I was a little tired/sluggish to begin with, but even with the "moon boots" + orthotics, it felt good to run those short repeats. Seriously can't wait to start speed stuff this winter/spring!!!

I WAS going to go to Crater/Diamond Lake for the annual "circumnavigation", BUT:

(A) My friend Pete, from Bend, bailed on the trip
(B) My roommates are home, and I wanted to hang out with them, and
(C) I bought new (clip-in) shoes and pedals, BUT I CANNOT get one of the damn (old) pedals OFF! F!

So I didn't go...gonna try for Sun AM...
