Exercise Type: Run
Weather: ~75 degrees, Warm
Comments:
Long day. Same route as last time, but added on an extra mile at MLK. Also tried out an energy gel around mile 6. I really just wanted to make sure it didn't bother my stomach, which it didn't. So I can probably use those in the future. It was probably a little early, and I didn't have any water on hand, but I think I know where I can try them out in the future. Legs are good and sore now. Hopefully the recovery time will be a little shorter this time.
