Fort Hill + ED Trail

Comments:
Yeah today was basically like last week, except I felt way shittier and went shorter. Had some plans to go into lab today, but I couldnt do much (make up for it on LABOR Day) Literally watched Comedy Central all morning and rehydrated, then headed out. Started super slow, but legs actually felt pretty good. I just felt queezy overall. Kept it nice and easy and got some fresh air. The trails were nice, still a little overgrown. I think that I got stung or bit by a bug or something on my hand as I ran through the brush. I also saw the Amherst College guys running on the trail which was cool.

Essentials: Stretch, roll

Good stretch and roll. Still feeling depleted when I got back. Gotta rest up some more since its all about the long run. Getting it in got like a month left till the race.
