The Farm: Cross Country Course
One of my worst races, started out too slow(5:45 first mile) partly due to getting my bowtie and cummerbund off, tried to attack the second mile and caught a couple people but still ran a pathetic second mile(11:54, 6:09), spent most of the race by myself, should have stuck with Ben during the first mile, can't make excuses but I really can't think of an explanation beyond perhaps my foot is affecting me both physically and mentally more than I originally thought

With Tim, Vaughn, David, Steel, and some others, my foot didn't hurt as much as I thought it would, stretch, abs with Brett and Nate at the XCFH, planning on either taking the day off tomorrow or just cross-training to try and get my foot better
