Comments:
really disappointed with this workout. hit the first 10min on and then fell off really bad the second half. Leg started hurting really bad before the workout like it was really tight, tried rolling it out but that didnt help much. It continued for the rest of the week and is still pretty present. Went to Melissa about it and she said its possibly IT band tendonitis and to stretch it and ice it so Ive been doing that. It didnt get me problems during the race thankfully so hopefully its getting better
