Weather: Humid, very humid...

Comments:
Humid days really do suck, today was one of those runs where you just sweat and sweat. I took my shirt off half way through the run because it was basically soaked in my sweat. Today was good, around easy 7 minute pace. Felt a bit tired, should have hydrated a little bit more and possibly ate some more food. The goal this week is to hit 45 miles. I was really tired at the end when I got home. I just relaxed, stressed, took my recovery drink, and ate pasta. As I begin to hit my high mileage again, below is a great quote to think about.
