Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Josh finally got off his fat ass, wanted to go for a run this afternoon. I wasnt planning on it, Tuesday worked as a nice off day, but at the end of the day I felt kinda chunky too and thought a shake out would be nice. It was. Glad we went right when we got home. Just up to Amity and back past Big Y. Got super stuck at the crosswalk there but otherwise it was solid. Legs felt heavy overall but it was just what I needed to get them going. Great to run with someone as well.
Essentials: Stretch
Easy stretch when I got back. Soooo sweaty it was hot hot hot today and hot during the run. Just wanted to get cleaned up. Legs kinda tight afterwards, means more stretching necessary. Its just too damn hot... but its supposed to swing down 20 degrees in a few days. We could use it. Oh and today was the first day of classes. It was decent. Even though I am not really taking any classes, it was a big deal since EVERYONE else is and campus is crazy packed with people. Such a 180 from the summer.
