Weather: 60s, light rain

Comments:
Can't remember but I think it was a little misty, which was nice! The humidity might've wreaked havoc with breathing...I dunno. The splits were SLOW, like mid-8s to get 125 or so HR.

PM: worked on the UWEC presentation...but didn't get nearly as much done as I would've liked.
