Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
During lifting I thought about going up to 150 for the squat. I didn't, which was probably a good thing because my right leg felt kind of weird after I finished and was doing the bench press. It felt normal on the run today but I think I made the right decision to do 4 miles instead of 6.
