Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Nice campus run. Went a little later since I got carried away in lab. It was already raining pretty hard by the time I started to head out. Felt good though. Not as hard as yesterdays but I still got soaked. Trail was dark and spooky, I had to slow down there. Came back on Summer St. Started to feel tired there and back to campus, but picked it up and headed down to the gym. The sidewalks were still pretty crowded so I had to speed up to get around people. By the time I got to the gym I was soaked. Nice to get under a roof.
Essentials: Stretch, roll, hips
Tried to dry off my shirt a little then headed upstairs to get a proper stretch in. Way better than sitting in the parking lot. Got a decent spot. It was real real busy. Felt great and I felt kinda weird sitting there soaked while everyone else seemed like they were barely sweating. After stretching I easily jogged back to the parking lot. It was still rainy and dark at that point. Legs felt decent today. Left calf felt tight and cramped but knees and hips fine. Lots of running past week and I can feel it for sure. Feels good like I am in "training" shape rather than just "run whenever" shape.
