Sleep: 5.5 hr. Hit the snooze once, lightning forced me to run indoors, no else in the apartment gym, listened to Smash and caught glimpses of the morning news, heart rate was around 155 when I finished, bathroom stop after I finished, stretch, crunches & pushups.
