I sweated my balls off this time. I didn't notice it until I was back but my whole shirt was in need of being rung out.I hit the turn around at 29:45 and had a tough time getting it down to a negative split. I'm just not used to running fast yet, the workouts will have to start soon. I felt a lot better considering that I stretched/ did some mild yoga before this morning run. This is key to waking up my muscles and easing the impact that they take when they are stiffer, especially on morning runs like yesterday.
