Comments:
It has probably been about two years or more since I've had a good old hills workout! So, today was the day that ended.
Headed to the cemetery for some longer hills. They were probably 300ish meters. Used the hill that hugs the left side of the Garfield Monument as you ascend. 8 repeats. Very exhausting but I felt accomplished and that it was a good workout, good effort. Chilly day!
